TileTransformer enhancement

Could I suggest adding this line to the method worldToTileNormal and WorldToTileInverted in the TileTransformer class.

extent = extent.Intersect(schema.Extent);

This limits the extent of the returned tiles to only bewithin the provided tileschema and saves a lot of processing in the get tiles in view method.

Is this based on the very last version? I have been working on that part.

Its based on a fork I took about 2 weeks ago. Has it been updated since then?

There have been some changes in the TileSchema that calls TileTransform because of a bug I introduced when adapting it for WMTS. It did not propertly take into account extents that did not originate at the specified origin.
