What is the correct license for Brutile? Apache or LGPL?

Hello Paul,

What is the correct license for Brutile?

according to http://brutile.codeplex.com/license  it should be Apache license,

but in source code files  it is LGPL.

Thanks

We are in the process of moving it from LGPL to Apache 2. There were some pieces of code that originated from an LGPL project (SharpMap) that are removed now. I have to go through the code now to check if it is now all original code and then change the headers.

I have updated all the headers to Apache v2 and added a license.txt in the root.

In the samples, ZoomHelper.cs and MapTransform.cs still have the old SharpMap LGPL headers. Is this intentional?

thanks for reporting. I had missed them because they did not contain the 'LGPL' string. I removed the headers (it is my own original code).
